Shipping and Returns Policy

We do our best to provide you with exquisite urn photographs that are detailed and to scale, so you can be inspired and know exactly what you are getting.
We understand buying online can be tricky, please read through our policy if you need to return an item.

  • We ship all product with Australia Post and offer regular and express shipping. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be packaged and processed.

    Regular Post: 3-5 days from the date of shipment

    Express Post: 1-2 days from the date of shipment

  • We don’t keep a large amount of stock on hand, some items do need to be ordered in.

    If you require your urn by a specific date, please leave a note on your order or reach out to us: ophelia@lasthurrahfunerals.com.au that way we can confirm if it will arrive in time.

  • We accept returns on all products; they must adhere to the criteria below:

    All products must be unused and in brand-new condition.

    • Change-of-mind, incorrectly ordered items, or items that are the wrong size for your needs may be returned at the customer’s expense.

    • Items must be returned within 20 days of receiving your order.

    • Sale stock is excluded from returns.

  • If you need to return your item, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Email ophelia@lasthurrahfunerals.com.au with your order number and which item/s you are returning.

    2. Safely package your item and return to:

    3. Email though your tracking number, once we receive your returned item, and it is original condition we will issue a refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, please follow the steps on ‘How to return an item’. Once we received this item, we will issue a refund or a replacement.

    If your item has not arrived, please email ophelia@lasthurrahfunerals.com.au we will liaise with you and Australia Post to resolve this.
